CARE & END OF USE:

Natural materials are chosen for their lower impact and unique character. They will soften, fade, and show signs of use over time. With the right care, they are made to last, but they won’t wear in the same way as synthetic materials like polyester. These changes are part of their story, not a fault.

Product Care

• Brush off loose sand and dirt after use
• Wipe clean inside and out with a cold, damp cloth
• Dry thoroughly before storing, especially the lining
• Do not place loose ice inside, use ice packs only
• Avoid leaving in heat and extended direct sun when not in use
• Do not immerse in water
• Avoid hand washing, machine washing, and dry cleaning
• Avoid chlorine, pool water
• Store in a cool, dry place, either folded flat or in shape
• Re-wax the canvas exterior occasionally to maintain water resistance
  

End of Use

• Once fully worn out, remove any zips, straps, or hardware for reuse or recycling
• Separate layers and repurpose the fabric where possible, or follow local textile recycling guidelines
• The natural jute insulation can be composted at home where suitable
