returns policy
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products. The below Returns Policy applies to purchases made via our online store and in-store at our Currumbin showroom. If you believe your items aren’t up to scratch, please get in touch here.
Faulty/damaged items:
Please provide a photo of the damaged/faulty items and we’ll arrange a replacement, refund or store credit in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we are happy to offer a store credit within 7 days of purchase (in-store) or delivery (online), provided items are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
For online orders, you will need to cover the cost of return postage to Currumbin, Gold Coast (with tracking) and pack the items securely with adequate padding to protect from breakages (ideally in the same manner it was sent to you). We will not issue a store credit until we have received the item/s back in their original condition.
Please note, item/s must be returned within 7 days and tracking provided to us via email.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
