We do not use 100% pure essential oils in our candles for several reasons.

Many essential oils can become toxic when heated beyond a certain temperature, making them unsafe for home use—especially around pets and pregnant women. Each essential oil has a unique composition, and when exposed to heat, they react differently—some break down, evaporate, or lose their therapeutic benefits entirely.

Additionally, essential oils have low flashpoints, meaning they are more volatile and do not perform well in soy wax candles in terms of scent throw. Instead, we use high-quality, Australian-made fragrance oils that are specifically formulated for candles. These oils provide a stronger, longer-lasting scent while adhering to strict safety standards, ensuring they are non-toxic and safe for your home.

Our premium fragrance oils are made in Australia and designed specifically for candles and room sprays. They are phthalate-free and meet IFRA safety standards.

Absolutely! None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals. We are committed to ethical and sustainable practices.

To extend the life of your candle:

• Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn.
• Let the wax melt evenly across the surface on the first burn to prevent tunneling.
• Burn your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time. Once the wax reaches halfway down the vessel only burn for 1 hr at a time.

Tunneling happens when a candle is not burned long enough for the wax to fully melt across the surface. To avoid this, ensure your first burn lasts at least 2–3 hours or until the wax pool reaches the edges.

• Always trim the wick before lighting your candle.
• Burn in a draft-free area away from fans, air conditioners, and windows.
• Use a snuffer instead of blowing out the flame to reduce smoke.

Soy wax can release natural oils in warm temperatures. This does not affect the candle’s performance—simply wipe the excess oil with a paper towel and store your candle in a cool, dry place.

No, we do not offer candle refills for safety and insurance reasons.

The integrity of a used candle jar can be compromised over time, even if no visible damage is present. Small cracks or fractures in the glass may develop due to heat exposure, making it unsafe for reuse. To prioritize consumer safety, we recommend repurposing your empty jars for storage, decor, or recycling rather than refilling them with wax.

Once your candle is finished, remove any remaining wax by placing the jar in hot water. Clean it with soap and warm water, and reuse it for storage, decor, or as a plant pot or simply place in your glass recycling bin.

We ship Australia-wide! Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping due to high shipping costs. We want to ensure our customers receive the best value, and unfortunately, the cost of shipping candles overseas can be quite expensive.
