The cold water creates a natural seal, helping to keep your butter fresh and soft without refrigeration.

How to use:

1. Firmly press softened butter into the bell, ensuring there are no air pockets.
2. Add approximately 1cm of cold water to the base.
3. Invert the butter-filled bell into the base, allowing the rim to sit beneath the water.
4. Change the water every 2–3 days to maintain freshness.

Store on the kitchen bench away from direct sunlight and heat.
